3 25th of October

I am really getting stuck in now both at college and church.  At Church I am involved in helping run an Alpha course every Thursday, which is a great event where people can ask any questions they have about anything to with Christianity.  I am also part of a team that is running an event once a month called ‘tea and theology’ on a Sunday afternoon.  We have a set topic which someone will talk about for 20-30mins and then everyone discusses the topic over tea and cake.  The first one was this month and was a great success, I baked a banana and white chocolate cake which seemed to go down well!!

At college my lectures are in full swing, and I have a couple of essays to write.  I also had to give a 45min lecture on Psalm 22 as part of one of my MA modules last Friday.  It went quite well, I posed a few tough questions for them to think about!

I said in my last post that my time is split between college work and church work, well this is no longer strictly true!  I now split my time three ways, college, church and Zoe, who is also training at Trinity.
