9. Easter

What a busy few weeks!  We had an Easter break to London (and beyond) before Easter started and managed to get some essays in as well.  I was then back in Bristol the week before Holy week to prepare a evening service for Palm Sunday which I preached at.  This was the first time I have preached in Bristol and you will be pleased to know that it was influenced by ST Paul’s – I quoted a Rabbinic parable!!  Which went down quite well!  I was then part of team that ran an all aged Good Friday service before the traditional 12-3 started.  It was an interactive service with different stations where people of all ages could engage with the different aspects of Jesus’ death on Good Friday. 

Then of course there was the SECOND most important wedding of the year, the Royal Wedding which I baked some scones for my house and we all had cream teas and watched it!  Now lectures are back on and I have 15,000 words to right before the end of the month...
