Five teams spread along the Mekong River

on the Tibetan plateau near the source

in Yunnan Province, China

in Laos

in Cambodia

in Southern Vietnam at the Mekong delta

Four days (7-10 Aug.) praying simultaneously along the river
-
1-3 Aug. – ORIENTATION in China (China/Tibet) and Phnom Penh (Laos/Cambodia/Vietnam)
-
4-6 Aug. - TRAVEL to prayer destination
-
7-10 Aug. - simultaneous PRAYER
-
11- 13 Aug. - TRAVEL and some rest
-
14-15 Aug. – DEBRIEF / FEEDBACK in China and Phnom Penh
It’s been exciting to see how God has brought the teams together!

6 for the Tibetan source - dangerous travel through mountains + camping; permission needed.
-
5 for SW China – flight + overnight bus; possible landslides.
-
4 for Laos (including a Cambodian) + 3 Indonesians (part-way) - 2 full days/nights of travel by bus.
-
11 adults + baby for Cambodia – travel by road and some by boat.
-
5 for Vietnam – meeting up with 10 Vietnamese for a few days to scout the delta and hopefully witness the beginnings of a strong future partnership.
Please PRAY that throughout the time, the TEAMS will:

Be united, even across cultures, be safe and healthy, with good weather, and have fun.

Be really free to worship and lift up His name in the locations that He has chosen for us.

Be hungry to hear His voice and pray His prayers.

Be obedient to Jesus in lifting up this river from head to tail.
