New floor and new heating - Meeting of the congregation
We are now on the verge of being able to make some definitive decisions concerning our church floor and heating! The Churchwardens, Vicar and PCC Buildings Group invite you all to a meeting of the congregation.
We do hope that everyone will be able to attend this meeting on Sunday 8th January with tea and cakes in church at 4 pm.
The plans concerning a new floor and heating has necessarily been a long process because of the complexity of the matter and the Buildings Group has put an enormous amount of time and brain power in seeing this through.
With the expert help of our architect we are now clear about the way forward. We will explain everything at the meeting especially how we have arrived at this point in time and the various options that have been on the table.
There are some matters that require your views as a congregation and so we hope and pray that the meeting will be very well attended.
Worship is our first priority. The place in which we gather to meet with the Lord is very important to us as was the tabernacle in ancient biblical times. Peter
